Phil Cavanna

Phil Cavanna

Staunch supporter of UKTP and our resident Consulting Engineer, based on the fact that he's the only one with a Degree, a BSc in Engineering from Bath Uni.

He is a past Chairman of the SWTPC and, I believe Vice Chair of the SWTPA and Team Manager of the Gold Pulling Team.

Paul Gardner

Paul Gardner and his daughter Millie

Many of you will no doubt remember him as 'Wookiee' on a number of the specialised Tractor Pulling Forums... Paul has very kindly accepted my invitation to become a contributing writer for the UKTP web site.

Currently a resident of Colerne, Wiltshire, Paul is a WO2 (AQMS) in REME, has an HnD in Mechanical Engineering and was a part-time member of Brian Armistead's 'Desperate Dan' Team. Because it makes interesting reading, click here if you want to see his resumé.

Stephan Görtz

Stephan Görtz

Better known to most of you as 'Schizos Pulling-Pics' or even pullingpics.de, Stephan has been a long time contributor to Pulling World and has very kindly given permission for a number of his photographs to be used on the UKTP web site.

He currently lives in Wockerath, Nordrhein-Westfalen in Germany but has been known to come over to Eccy for Eurocup events...

Roy Harris

Roy Harris

UKTP are pleased to announce the arival of Roy Harris who (as of June 2015) has joined as the resident voluntary event Photographer... Yes, he probably is mad because he actually volunteered!

Roy has a Facebook page called 'DiggerPix' which probably gives you a clue as to his day job, along with the fact that he studied for a BA Honours in Construction Management at London South Bank University.

Richard Hutton

Richard Hutton

The resident lens-man at the SWTPA events who has supplied most of the photographs used in the SWTPA Galleries on this site. Richard is on the right of the photo...
Gabrielle Mann Gabby of the 'Major Aggro' team has very kindly supplied many of the photographs for the Galleries. Without her we wouldn't have much to look at.

Ted Nicholson

Ted Nicholson

The former Webmaster of the BTPA who provided a lot of useful information about the Association and the various classes, plus some general background information on the sport.

This well known resident of Peaslake in Surrey is the driver of 'Rough Justice' and a former Vice President of the ETPC.

James O'Connell

James O'Connell

Irish correspondent for the UKTP web site. James who comes from Cork very kindly provides me with all the Pulling events in Eire.
Paul Strickson Webmaster of the PPA who supplied me with the Association Rules and the Build rules.

Jimmy Thain

Jimmy Thain

(a.k.a. 'Timberman') who has given me permission to use some of his photographs. He took some great ones at the GDSF in 2006 and at Welland.

Sadly we haven't had any photo's from 'Timby' for quite some time now...

If you would like to contribute (Pulling photographs, articles or information) to the UKTP web site please don't hesitate in contacting me via e-mail, admin@uktp.co.uk.
